- 2 cupsof yellow tail fillets
- 1/2 cupof butter
- 1 cupof blackened seasoning
First, fire up the skillet and heat the grill at 450 degrees.
Melt proper amount of butter into a bowl and completely soak each side of fillets into butter. Then, fully roll every fillet in blackened seasoning. Set the fillets on a skillet.
Cook it for 2 minutes from one side and then flip it into another side for another 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!
