Blackened Yellowtail Snapper

  • 2 cupsof yellow tail fillets
  • 1/2 cupof butter
  • 1 cupof blackened seasoning


  1. First, fire up the skillet and heat the grill at 450 degrees.

  2. Melt proper amount of butter into a bowl and completely soak each side of fillets into butter. Then, fully roll every fillet in blackened seasoning. Set the fillets on a skillet.

  3. Cook it for 2 minutes from one side and then flip it into another side for another 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!
