Black Beans and Garbanzos beans Veggie Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 cupof black beans
  • 1 cupof garbanzos
  • 1/2 cupof chopped onions
  • 1/2 cupof carrot
  • 1/2 cupof chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cupof ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 cupof rice
  • 1 cupof roasted pepper appetizer
  • 1/2 cupof panko bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Smash together black beans and garbanzos.

  2. Preheat the pen and stir fry onions with ginger-garlic paste, carrots, and pepper sauce.

  3. Add the mixture to the beans and mix them well.

  4. Add rice and mix again.

  5. Then add cilantro and panko bread crumbs.

  6. Make a burger form and fry for 4 minutes from each side.

  7. Next, assemble a burger.

  8. Take a bread, put there lettuce leaf, burger cutlet, mustard and ketchup, onions, tomato and burger bread on top.
