- 1 cupof black beans
- 1 cupof garbanzos
- 1/2 cupof chopped onions
- 1/2 cupof carrot
- 1/2 cupof chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cupof ginger-garlic paste
- 1 cupof rice
- 1 cupof roasted pepper appetizer
- 1/2 cupof panko bread crumbs
Smash together black beans and garbanzos.
Preheat the pen and stir fry onions with ginger-garlic paste, carrots, and pepper sauce.
Add the mixture to the beans and mix them well.
Add rice and mix again.
Then add cilantro and panko bread crumbs.
Make a burger form and fry for 4 minutes from each side.
Next, assemble a burger.
Take a bread, put there lettuce leaf, burger cutlet, mustard and ketchup, onions, tomato and burger bread on top.
