Ingredients

  • 1 cupof eggs
  • 1/4 cupof lemon zest
  • 1/8 cupof chocolate
  • 1/8 cupof hazelnuts
  • 1/10 cupof bicarbonateof soda
  • 1 cupof flour
  • 1/2 cupof brown sugar
  • 1/2 cupof cherries

Instructions

  1. Chop up hazelnuts and chocolates.

  2. Wash the lemon and get a zest of a lemon.

  3. Take a bowl and combine there flour with hazelnuts and chocolate.

  4. Next, add there lemon zest and cherries.

  5. Then, add brown sugar and mix properly.

  6. Roll the dough and cook it in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.

  7. When it is ready, cut it into the slices.

  8. Cook again for 15 minutes at 160 degrees.
