  • 1 cupof Crisco shortening
  • 1/4 cupof eggs
  • 1/10 cupof white vinegar
  • 1/2 cupof iced cold water
  • 2 cupsof berries
  • 1/20 cupof lemon zest


  1. Put flour, cake flour, salt and powdered sugar into cooking machine. Next, you need to add some fat to the mixture. Thus, add shortening and butter (they should be very cold). Mix everything again with robot coupe.
