  • 2 cupsof beef
  • 1/2 cupof cheese
  • 1 cupof fresh spinach
  • 2 cupsof lavash
  • 1/7 cupof vegetable oil
  • 1 cupof sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/5 cupof dried oregano


  1. Take a bowl and add your sun-dried tomatoes.

  2. Add 1/3 cup of dried oregano and a little bit of salt.

  3. Pour in a glass of warm water.

  4. Cut your beef and fry it with a little bit of vegetable oil until ready.

  5. Put a piece of your round lavash on a plate and add your meat.

  6. Next, add your sun-dried tomatoes, cheese and mayonnaise.

  7. Put it in an oven for a few minutes.

  8. Next, add your fresh spinach and cover with the second layer of lavash. Enjoy!
