- 1 cupof unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 cupof grated beets
- 1 cupof dark chocolate
- 2/3 cupof wheat flour
- 1/15 cupof buckwheat flour
- 1/4 cupof cocoa powder
- 1/7 cupof baking powder
- 1/2 cupof slivered almonds
- 2 cupsof eggs
- 3/4 cupof sugar
First, sift the dry ingredients.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and add the half of the sugar.
Next, beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar.
Add the chocolate, grated beets, and the dry ingredients and blend again.
Incorporate the egg whites with the enveloping movements.
Add the almonds.
Pour the mixture into your baking mold and bake for about 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees C.
