Beet and Goat Cheese Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cupof boiled beets
  • 3 cupsof lettuce (combined)
  • 1/7 cupof white vinegar
  • 1/7 cupof olive oil
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof pepper
  • 1/4 cupof walnuts
  • 1/4 cupof goat cheese
  • 1/7 cupof pomegranate

Instructions

  1. First, cook the beets until ready.

  2. Cut the beets unto rounds and then use the cutter in the shape of heart.

  3. To make the vinaigrette, take a bowl and mix the vinegar with salt and pepper.

  4. Add the oil.

  5. Take a new bowl and put a layer of lettuce, walnuts, goat cheese, beets and vinaigrette.

  6. Finally, add the pomegranate.
