- 2 cupsof bread flour
- 1/7 cupof baking powder
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1/10 cupof sugar
- 1/2 cupof cold, unsalted butter
- 3/8 cupof cold buttermilk
- 3/8 cupof cold beer
First, mix all your dry ingredients.
Next, chop the butter and incorporate into dry mixture with fingers until it makes large crumbs.
Add cold milk and beer and mix until it forms a rough dough.
Flatten on a floured surface and fold over 4-5 times.
Roll about three quarters of an inch thick and cut into two inch rounds.
Cook them on a pan at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
