  • 3 cupsof beef
  • 1/8 cupof Olive oil
  • 1/4 cupof spices
  • 1 cupof Dark beer
  • 1/5 cupof Onions
  • 1/5 cupof Potatoes
  • 1/5 cupof Carrots
  • 1/20 cupof Chilies


  1. Put some olive oil in a pan and place small pieces of beef in it. Cook it until brown. Prepare your stock and add all your favorite spices.

  2. Now add the beef to stock. Add a bottle or can of dark beer and some sliced onions. Cover it and let it simmer. You can now remove some of it for some other time.

  3. Add some vegetables like potatoes, carrots, chilies, etc. Cook the vegetable.
