  • 1 cupof chopped carrots
  • 1 cupof diced bell peppers
  • 1 cupof diced basil
  • 1 cupof diced onions
  • 1/8 cupof Knorr
  • 1/10 cupof basil leaves
  • 2 cupsof ground beef
  • 1/10 cupof groundnut oil
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/6 cupof flour
  • 1/10 cupof garlic
  • 1/10 cupof ginger
  • 1/8 cupof pepper
  • 1 cupof tortilla wraps


  1. Heat the pan, add oil, chopped onions, tomatoes, carrots, bell peppers, spices and ground beef into the pan. Mix everything together and let it cook for 5 minutes. Leave it to cool.

  2. Then, add a little bit of water to all-purpose flour and stir till the paste is thick. Once it is done, take tortilla wraps and cut into halves. Fold them into two and use flour paste to seal the ends together, and then put the mix inside.

  3. Then, seal with paste again and repeat the same. Make sure that all sides are properly sealed. Then, fry them until they are golden brown in color on medium heat and serve.
