Beef and Barley Soup Recipe

  • 5 cupsof broth
  • 2 cupsof beef
  • 1 cupof chopped carrots
  • 3/4 cupof chopped onions
  • 1/10 cupof dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cupof mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cupof barley


  1. Take a big pot with already cooked broth. Add there precooked chopped meat and carrot. Chop some onions and add there as well. Then, add a little bit on dry onion soup mix. Next, add mashed potatoes. Finally, add barley to the soup. Let it cook for around 20 minutes. Have a nice meal!
