Bean Soup

  • 1/5 cupof olive oil
  • 1/10 cupof bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 cupof green bell peppers
  • 1/2 cupof onions
  • 1/5 cupof chopped garlic
  • 2 cupsof 13 Bean Soup (soaked)
  • 1 1/2 cupof water
  • 1/10 cupof dry basil
  • 2 cupsof stew tomatoes
  • 1 cupof tomato juice
  • 1/15 cupof black pepper
  • 1/7 cupof dry bay leaves


  1. Take a big pot and put it on heat. Add some olive oil and two cubes of bouillon. Melt them. Now, add your onions and stir fry them. Now, add your beans and one and a half cup of water. Stir well. Season the ingredients. Bring the water to a boil. Add your tomato juice. Stir well. Now, add your stew tomatoes and stir again. Then, sprinkle the black pepper, basil and 4 bay leaves. Let it simmer for a while.
