  • 3 cupsof pork tenderloin
  • 1/5 cupof salt
  • 1/5 cupof pepper
  • 1/5 cupof curry powder
  • 1/5 cupof onion powder
  • 1/5 cupof brown sugar
  • 1/5 cupof cooking spray
  • 1/5 cupof barbeque sauce
  • 1/4 cupof butter
  • 1/10 cupof cinnamon sugar
  • 1/2 cupof raspberries
  • 1/2 cupof chocolate
  • 1/2 cupof egg whites
  • 1 cupof yogurt

  1. Preheat a grill pan. Season the pork with salt and pepper. Cover it with a mixture of curry powder, onion powder, brown sugar, and spray with cooking spray. Put the meat on a grill pan and for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Next, reduce the heat, cover and grill for another 8 to 10 minutes. Brush barbeque sauce on the pork during the last 5 minutes.

  2. To make the souffles, coat 4 ramekins with butter and add a teaspoon of cinnamon sugar to each. Give them a little tilt so the mixture coats the sides. Place 4 or 5 berries and chocolate in each.

  3. Next, whisk egg whites until they are light and foamy. Then gently stir in yogurt. Pour into the ramekins and bake until they are puffed and golden. Serve with the sliced pork and rice.
