- 3/4 cupof brown sugar
- 1/2 cupof molasses
- 1/7 cupof maple syrup
- 3/4 cupof coca cola
- 5 cupsof pineapple
Take a pan and mix 3/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of molasses, 2 teaspoons of maple syrup, and 3/4 cup of coca cola.
Put it over medium heat.
Take your pineapple and cut the top and the bottom off.
Take a rotisserie spit and stick it right through the middle.
Now, trim off all the sides.
Next, make a nice pattern with your apple core.
Once you have a nice pattern, slide it down the spit and get it on the grill.
Preheat the grill to 400 degrees.
Take your glaze and give a good coating to the pineapple.
Cook for about 30 minutes.
Coat your pineapple with the glaze every 10 minutes.
Remove the pineapple.
Spread around the hot coals.
Place the grid in the grill.
Take the pineapple and cut it right in the middle and chop it.
Remove the hard parts.
Place the pineapple pieces over the hot grid.
Cook for 1 minute on each side and remove. Enjoy!
