  • 1 cupof hake cheeks
  • 1/5 cupof garlic
  • 1/10 cupof chili
  • 1/10 cupof fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cupof olive oil
  • 1/10 cupof salt


  1. Chop the garlic, parsley and chili.

  2. Prepare the metal container and put it in the freezer.

  3. Take a skillet and add the oil.

  4. Put it over medium heat.

  5. Stir in the chopped garlic and chili.

  6. Cook for a while and add the hake cheeks.

  7. Cook for one minute and remove.

  8. Remove the oil to a very cold metal container.

  9. Next, return the oil to the pan slowly.

  10. Add the chopped parsley. Enjoy!
