- 1 cupof hake cheeks
- 1/5 cupof garlic
- 1/10 cupof chili
- 1/10 cupof fresh parsley
- 1/4 cupof olive oil
- 1/10 cupof salt
Chop the garlic, parsley and chili.
Prepare the metal container and put it in the freezer.
Take a skillet and add the oil.
Put it over medium heat.
Stir in the chopped garlic and chili.
Cook for a while and add the hake cheeks.
Cook for one minute and remove.
Remove the oil to a very cold metal container.
Next, return the oil to the pan slowly.
Add the chopped parsley. Enjoy!
