Banana & Dates Smoothie with Flaxseed

Ingredients

  • 1 cupof bananas
  • 1 cupof dates (seedless)
  • 1/10 cupof almond butter
  • 1/10 cupof flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cupof ice
  • 1/2 cupof coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Add the ice into a blender glass and add sliced banana. Then, add dates and flaxseeds. Add 1 teaspoon of almond butter and coconut milk. The mixture is ready, just blend it.

  2. Pour the mixture into a drinking glass. Enjoy your healthy meal.
