Baking fish

  • 1 cupof thick fish fillet
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof pepper
  • 1/4 cupof softened butter
  • 1/4 cupof breadcrumbs
  • 1/6 cupof mixtureof herbs


  1. Take a thick fillet of fish and season it a little with salt and pepper from both sides. Always season it before cooking, it will help to keep the flavor.

  2. For the topping, mix some softened butter, breadcrumbs and mixture of herbs. Add it to the top of your fish fillet.

  3. When it is ready, prepare your baking pan. Just cover it with aluminum foil and sprinkle a little bit with olive oil just to be sure that the fish will not stick to the foil.

  4. Place the fish on top. Bake it in 400 degrees in the oven in order for breadcrumbs to become brown and crunchy. It takes about 10 to 12 minutes to be cooked. Bon appetite!
