- 1 cupof Zucchini
- 1/2 cupsof Wheat flour
- 1 cupof Eggs
- 1/4 cupof Rolled oats
Make quarter inch slices of zucchini. Take three small bowls. Take wheat flour in the first bowl, egg yolks in second and rolled oats in the third.
Take a slice of zucchini and dip in all the three bowls one by one. Put it in a baking plate. Do this with all the slices and bake them.
