- 2 cupsof mussels
- 1/2 cupof Japanese mayonnaise
- 1/10 cupof hot chili sauce
- 1/10 cupof chili garlic sauce
- 1/6 cupof lemon juice
- 1/4 cupof cut mushroom
- 1/10 cupof fresh garlic
- 1 cupof seaweed salad
Take a baking pot and put there mussels separated from the shell.
Then, make a sauce. Mix together Japanese mayonnaise, hot chili sauce, chili garlic sauce, flying fish roe, lemon juice, mushrooms an fresh garlic.
Put the sauce on top of mussels.
Put the mussels into the preheated oven up to 370 degrees for 15 minutes.
Then, put a little bit of seaweed salad on top of baked mussels. Enjoy!
