Baked Fish

Ingredients

  • 5 cupsof fish
  • 1/5 cupof parsley
  • 1/5 cupof spring onion
  • 1/2 cupof ginger
  • 1/4 cupof garlic
  • 1/2 cupof chili pepper
  • 1/2 cupof oyster flavored sauce
  • 1/2 cupof onion
  • 1/7 cupof oil

Instructions

  1. Take a pot, add a little bit of oil and fry the cut ginger and garlic.

  2. Next, add the chili and stir.

  3. Fry for a while.

  4. Add the oyster sauce and stir.

  5. Take a big piece of foil and put it under your fish.

  6. Pour the mixture on top of your fish and add the chopped parsley and the chopped spring onion.

  7. Fold the fish and bake in the oven until ready.
