Baked Fish on Tomato Ginger Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsof fish fillet
  • 1/4 cupof basil
  • 1/10 cupof chili
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/8 cupof olive oil
  • 1/4 cupof pine nuts
  • 1/8 cupof lemon juice
  • 1 cupof tomatoes
  • 1/10 cupof ginger
  • 1/10 cupof garlic

Instructions

  1. Take fish fillet and put it into baking pot.

  2. In order to make a sauce, mix basil, chili, salt, olive oil and pine nut. Put the marinade on the fish and leave it for an hour.

  3. Before cooking it, sprinkle the fish lemon combined with water. Put fish into the oven at 180 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.

  4. Meanwile, make tomato salad to serve the fish. It will fit the best. Combine ginger, garlic, and tomatoes.

  5. Serve the fish together with tomato salad. Enjoy!
