- 2 cupsof boneless and skinless fish fillet
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1/10 cupof pepper
- 1/3 cupof bread crumbs
- 1/5 cupof butter
- 1/5 cupof mixed herbs
- 1/10 cupof olive oil
Season you fish with salt and pepper.
Add a little bit of the mixture of softened butter, bread crumbs and mixed herbs o top of your fish fillet.
Take your baking pan and add the foil. Brush a little bit of olive oil.
Bake your fish at 400 degrees for about 10 to 12 minutes.
