Ingredients

  • 1/10 cupof dry yeast
  • 2 cupsof warm water
  • 5 cupsof flour
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/3 cupof brown sugar
  • 1/8 cupof brown sugar
  • 1/20 cupof cayenne
  • 1/5 cupof olive oil
  • 1/2 cupof egg wash
  • 1/5 cupof sesame seeds
  • 1/5 cupof pumpkin seeds
  • 1/5 cupof sunflower seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine the yeast and water in the bowl and let it stand for 5 minutes.

  2. Take another bowl and mix flour with salt and sugar. Add the mix of water and yeast. Knead the mixture until smooth and no longer sticky. You can add as much flour as you need.

  3. Take a big bowl and grease it with olive oil. Put the dough into it, cover with towel, and leave it for one hour.

  4. Remove the dough from the bowl and divide it into 8 pieces. Put them on the pan, cover with towel, and leave for 30 minutes.

  5. Make the hole inside each peace and boil them in water for a few minutes. Grease them with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
