Avocado, Chickpea and Red Onion Salad

  • 1/2 cupof avocados
  • 1/4 cupof red onions
  • 1/2 cupof chickpeas
  • 1/5 cupof balsamic vinegar
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof pepper
  • 2 cupsof bread


  1. Peel and chop your onion. Next, cut your avocado into pieces. Add the ingredients to a bowl. Then, add some chickpeas and smash the ingredients with your fork. Add some balsamic vinegar and mix. Finally, take a piece of bread, put your salad on it and cover with another piece of bread. Enjoy your sandwich!
