- 1 cupof butter Fish
- 1 cupof Pork Butt / Belly
- 2 cupsof Taro leaves (36 pieces, 3 per LauLau )
- 2 cupsof TiKi leaves ( 24 pieces, 2 per Lau Lau )
- 1/10 cupof salt
Clean the fish and dice pork. Take a taro leave and tiki leave. Put pork and fish inside. Season the mixture with salt. Wrap and tie the leaves.
Put the leaves on fire. Enjoy your meal!
