Authentic Pork Lau Lau

Ingredients

  • 1 cupof butter Fish
  • 1 cupof Pork Butt / Belly
  • 2 cupsof Taro leaves (36 pieces, 3 per LauLau )
  • 2 cupsof TiKi leaves ( 24 pieces, 2 per Lau Lau )
  • 1/10 cupof salt

Instructions

  1. Clean the fish and dice pork. Take a taro leave and tiki leave. Put pork and fish inside. Season the mixture with salt. Wrap and tie the leaves.

  2. Put the leaves on fire. Enjoy your meal!
