- 1 cupof arugula
- 1/5 cupof butter
- 1/5 cupof olive oil
- 2 cupsof pears
- 1/2 cupof bacon
- 1/7 cupof dijon mustard
- 1/7 cupof honey
- 1/2 cupof gorgonzola cheese
- 1/2 cupof pine nuts
- 1/10 cupof black pepper
- 1/10 cupof salt
First, cut the bacon into strips.
Fry the bacon with olive oil until it is crispy.
Put the bacon on top of the arugula.
Peel and cut the pears.
Add a splash of oil and butter to fry the pear in.
When the pear is almost done, add a pinch of salt, one of pepper, and a splash of honey.
Put the pears on top of the bacon.
In the same pan, fry the pine nuts with the mustard and put on top of the pears.
Break up the cheese with your fingers and put the pieces on top of the salad.
Add a splash of oil before serving.
