Apple Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsof apples
  • 2 cupsof pork
  • 1/15 cupof salt

Instructions

  1. Put 7 bowls of water into a pot.

  2. Cut the pork into dices.

  3. Put them into a pot.

  4. Wash and cut the apples.

  5. Core them.

  6. Put them into a pot, cover the lid and turn on high heat.

  7. Skim the scum when it boils.

  8. Switch to low heat cover the lid for 1 hour.

  9. Add some salt to taste after one hour.

  10. Stir evenly. Enjoy!
