- 1 cupof butter
- 3 cupsof all-purpose flour
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1/10 cupof sugar
- 1/2 cupof water
- 7 cupsof apples
- 1 cupof brown sugar
- 1/5 cupof lemon
- 1/7 cupof cinnamon
First, you need to prepare the pie crust.
In a mixing bowl, mix 1 cup of butter, 3 cups of all-purpose flour, salt, sugar and water. Mash the mixture with your hands.
Next, roll it out on a table and fold into two.
Cut the skin off the apples and slice them.
Take a mixing bowl and mix the apples, brown sugar, a little bit of flour, cinnamon and a squeeze of lemon.
Put your first piece of pie crust in a baking pan and add the apple mixture.
Add a little bit of butter and cover with the second piece of pie crust.
Bake your pie for 30 minutes at 425 degree and then for 30 minutes at 375 degrees or until the apples are tender. Enjoy!
