Apple Pie Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cupof apple juice
  • 1/10 cupof cinnamon
  • 1/2 cupof cooked oatmeal
  • 1/4 cupof vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cupof ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add apple a cup of the apple juice, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1/2 cup of cooked oatmeal, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder and 5 ice cubes to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy your shake!
