All Butter Flaky Pie Dough

  • 2 1/2 cupsof flour
  • 1/10 cupof sugar
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/3 cupof cold unsalted butter
  • 1/7 cupof cold water


  1. Cut the butter in little cubes. Pour your flour, sugar and salt in a food processor. Pulse for a few seconds to mix it well. Then, add the cubes of butter. Pulse until the cubes are crushed. Pour one tablespoon of cold water and pulse a few times.

  2. Dumb the dough out of the food processor and turn it into a ball. Divide it into two pieces. Let the dough chill in a fridge for one or two hours.
