  • 2 cupsof Eggplant
  • 1/2 cupof Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cupof Onions


  1. Chop the onions into very small pieces. Slice the eggplant. Boil the tomatoes for a few minutes and peel them.

  2. Put the peeled tomatoes into a bowl and mash them properly. Put the eggplant into it. Mix it gently and heat it.

  3. Cook the onions for a few minutes and add it to the mixture.
