- 2 cupsof Eggplant
- 1/2 cupof Tomatoes
- 1/2 cupof Onions
Chop the onions into very small pieces. Slice the eggplant. Boil the tomatoes for a few minutes and peel them.
Put the peeled tomatoes into a bowl and mash them properly. Put the eggplant into it. Mix it gently and heat it.
Cook the onions for a few minutes and add it to the mixture.
