Ingredients

  • 5 cupsof eggplants
  • 3 cupsof onions
  • 5 cupsof tomatoes
  • 1/20 cupof sugar
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/20 cupof pepper
  • 1/10 cupof garlic
  • 1/20 cupof basil

Instructions

  1. Dice your eggplants and onions. Take a bowl and put the tomatoes in it. Pour them with boiled water. Wait for a while and then peel them. Next, mash them a little in a bowl. Chop the garlic.

  2. Put the bowl with smashed tomatoes on fire and add diced eggplants. Fry your diced onions in a frying pan. Add one tablespoon of smashed tomatoes when frying. Add fried onions to a bowl with smashed tomatoes and eggplants. Stir the ingredients. Add some salt, sugar and pepper. Later, add chopped garlic and chopped basil and stir. Cook until ready.
