  • 1 cupof wheat bread
  • 1/5 cupof peanut butter
  • 1/5 cupof low sugar jelly
  • 1/3 cupof celery
  • 1/3 cupof carrots
  • 1 cupof apple
  • For The Tuesday Lunch
  • 1/3 cupof spinach
  • 1/3 cupof lettuce
  • 1/3 cupof chopped strawberries
  • 1/8 cupof raspberry vinaigrette
  • 1/5 cupof greek yogurt
  • 1/7 cupof raspberries
  • 1/5 cupof fit popcorn
  • For The Wednesday Lunch:
  • 1 cupof tortilla
  • 1/5 cupof philadelphia cheese
  • 1/5 cupof black olives
  • 1/5 cupof cheese
  • 1/5 cupof spinach
  • 1/5 cupof carrots
  • 1/5 cupof wheat thins
  • 1/2 cupof grapes
  • For The Tuesday Lunch
  • 1 cupof black beans
  • 1/2 cupof sweet corn
  • 1/2 cupof yellow pepper
  • 1/2 cupof red pepper
  • 1/7 cupof cilantro
  • 1/8 cupof lime juice
  • 1/4 cupof baked scoops
  • 1/7 cupof salsa
  • For The Friday Lunch
  • 1/5 cupof hummus
  • 1 cupof pita pocket bread
  • 1/7 cupof grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/7 cupof lettuce
  • 1/7 cupof baby tomato
  • 1/2 cupof cut watermelon
  • 1 cupof hard boiled eggs

Instructions

  1. For the Monday lunch: take a slice of the bread and spread your peanut butter and low sugar jelly over it.

  2. Cover it with another slice of bread.

  3. Take a lunch bow and put the sandwiches in it.

  4. Add the carrots, celery and apple. Enjoy!

  5. For the Tuesday lunch: take a lunch box and add some spinach, lettuce, chopped strawberries and raspberry vinaigrette.

  6. Take a small container and add the greek yogurt and some raspberries.

  7. Add the fit popcorn as well. Enjoy your lunch!

  8. For the Wednesday lunch: spread some Philadelphia cheese over your tortilla.

  9. Add the spinach, black olives, cheese and some carrots.

  10. Wrap the tortilla and cut it.

  11. Take your lunch box and add the grapes, wheat thins and carrots.

  12. For the Thursday lunch: take a bowl and add the black beans, sweet corn, yellow pepper and red pepper.

  13. Mix the ingredients well.

  14. Add some cilantro and lime juice.

  15. Take a lunch box and some baked scoops and some salsa.

  16. For the Friday lunch: spread a little bit of hummus inside your pita pocket bread.

  17. Add the lettuce, baby tomato and grated mozzarella cheese.

  18. Take a lunch box and add the cut watermelon and hard boiled eggs.

  19. Enjoy your lunch!
