- 2 cupsof quinoa
- 1/8 cupof mustard
- 1/10 cupof olive oil
- 1/10 cupof apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cupof grapes
- 1/2 cupof strawberries
- 1/20 cupof salt
Boil the quinoa or cook it in your microwave.
Chop the parsley. Cut into halves the grapes and cut strawberries. It will be the additions to your quinoa.
For the dressing, mix together mustard, olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Put it on top of quinoa with fruits.
Mix everything together. Season it with salt. The dish is ready. Enjoy it!
