- 1 cupof cream cheese
- 1/2 cupof nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cupof lemon juice
- 1/8 cupof garlic
- 1/8 cupof oregano
- 1 1/2 cupof red pepper hummus
- 1 cupof chopped tomatoes
- 1 cupof chopped cucumber
- 1/3 cupof chopped green onions
- 1/4 cupof reduced fat feta cheese
- 1/3 cupof sliced Kalamata olives
The first layer is cream cheese mixed with Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic and oregano.
Next, put red pepper hummus,tomatoes and cucumber.
Then put green onions, feta cheese, and olives.
