- 1/3 cupof blended strawberries
- 1/3 cupof blended spinach
- 1/3 cupof blended bananas with yogurt
Take a glass and pour a little bit of banana and yogurt.
Next, pour a little bit of spinach and a little bit of strawberry.
Add a little bit more of banana with yogurt, spinach and strawberry again.
Mix the ingredients in a glass.
