Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupof egg yolk
  • 1/8 cupof lemon juice
  • 1/5 cupof butter
  • 1/8 cupof lemon juice
  • 1/10 cupof salt

Instructions

  1. Take a glass and combine your egg yolk, a teaspoon of water, a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of lemon juice.

  2. Melt your butter in a stove.

  3. Blend your ingredients and start slowly adding the butter.
